About Me

A computer scientist by training, my primary interests lie in computational biology and machine learning. I am especially interested in developing statistical algorithms to understand underlying mechanisms in molecular biology. My current work is focused on discerning the roles played by various cellular biomolecules in regulating gene-expression.
