About Me

My area of expertise include gene transformation, site-directed mutagenesis, protein expression and purification and high-throughput genomics and proteomics in plant, fungal and bacterial systems.


My research interests are genetic engineering for plant disease resistance, protein expression, protein-protein interactions, plant-pathogen interactions and interactomics, Pathogen (bacterial and fungal) biology, and development of new strategies/techniques for biomolecular (nucleic acids and proteins) separation and documentation
