About Me

We are engaged in research on Natural Products Chemistry, Drug Discovery and Development of related Synthetic Methodologies. Our special interest is in the synthesis of natural products and drugs active against neglected tropical diseases and development of novel and competent synthetic methodologies using organo-cataysis, organo-metalic chemistry, arynes and N-heterocyclic Carbenes. Transformation of renewable bioresources to value added chemicals/materials will be also an important part of our studies.
