I am a Chief Scientist and Head of Science Outreach Resource Center at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), one of the 38 laboratories under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR India). I have more than three decades of experience in the research industry, a Ph.D. in the area of Science Communication Management (from faculty of Commerce & Management), and a Master's in Management Science (M.M.S.) in Systems Management.

My core competencies include science communication and management, outreach of science to society, and deployment of socially relevant technologies. I lead the CSIR Jigyasa program, which fosters scientific curiosity and creativity among school students from diverse backgrounds. I also write articles, endorse requests, organize workshops, and bring scientists and society together. I have a proven record of science outreach for students and a strong research professional portfolio. I am passionate about sharing the concept of science as a way of life and showcasing the low-cost and high-impact technologies developed by CSIR India for the common people.
