About Me

Our group is working on development of functional nanomaterials and lithographically designed structures/devices. Many challenging problems from synthesis of nanomaterials-by-design to fabrication of miniature devices for their potential applications are being researched. Current focus is on development of novel anode materials for high performance Li-ion battery/supercapacitor, semiconductor heterojunction nanomaterials for SERS, electron field emission and photovoltaic cells, microfluidic devices for spatial growth of nanomaterials, unconventional lithography techniques for fabrication of novel polymeric micro/nanostructures as biomaterials, Lab-on-Chip devices for chemical analysis.
