Mr. Akshay Akhade

Mr. Akshay Maruti Akhade received his M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2022) from Savitribai Phule Pune University (Abasaheb Garware College Pune) and B.Sc Chemistry (2020) from Savitribai Phule Pune University Maharashtra. Then he joined Hikal Ltd from Nov (2022) to July (2023). Then he is joined CSIR-NCL in July 2023 as a Project Associate-I. He is currently working on Innovative Process and Technology for Crop Protection Chemicals (Agromission 2). In Jan-2026, he joined as PA to PhD in CSIR-NCL.

Mr. Vijayanand Survase 

Mr. Vijayanand Survase received his M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2021) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and B.Sc Chemistry (2019) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra. Then he is joined CSIR-NCL in Jan-2024 as PhD-JRF. He is currently working on total synthesis of bioactive natural products.

Mr. Rohan Nimbalkar

Mr. Rohan Nimbalkar received his M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2022) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and B.Sc Chemistry (2020) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Maharashtra. Then he is joined CSIR-NCL in Aug-2024 as PhD-JRF. He is currently working on total synthesis of bioactive natural products.

Mr. Dhiraj Chaudhari

Mr. Dhiraj Chaudhari received his M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2022) from Savitribai Phule Pune University and B.Sc Chemistry (2020) from Dr. HPT and RYK Science College, Nashik, Maharashtra. Then he is joined CSIR-NCL in Aug-2024 as PhD-JRF. He is currently working on development of novel synthetic methods.

Mr. Sivaramakrishna Gunturu

Mr. Sivaramakrishna Gunturu completed his B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Mr. Sivaramakrishna Gunturu is working in BASF-India. He joined CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in Jan 2026 as Industry sponsored PhD. 

Mr. Avinash Rokade

Mr. Avinash Rokade completed his B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He joined CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in August 2024 as a Project Associate-I, where he is currently working on ANRF funded project.

Mr. Nikhil Teke

Mr. Nikhil Teke completed his B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He joined CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in August 2025 as a Project Associate-I, where he is currently working on Depolymerization of PVC, PVDC & Polyurethanes; An electrochemical strategy to synthesis the value-added chemicals.

Mr. Vaibhav Gawade

Mr. Vaibhav Gawade completed his B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He joined CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in August 2025 as a Project Associate-I, where he is currently working on ANRF funded project.

Mr. Sagar Dhotre

Mr. Sagar Dhotre currently pursuing M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (2024-26) at Fergusson Collage.  Currently he joined CSIR-NCL as M.Sc. project student (Feb 2025).

Mr. Suraj Jadhav
