I am a Senior Principal Scientist and Head of the Science Outreach Resource Center at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), one of the 38 laboratories under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR India) with a pan-India presence. I have a Ph.D. degree in Science Communication Management and a Master's in Management Science with a specialization in Systems Management. I have more than three decades of experience in the research industry.

My professional development is marked with continuous learning from workshops and certifications. I have engaged in recent workshops focusing on cutting-edge technologies like Augmented and Virtual Reality at C-DAC Mohali (2024) and ICT Accessibility & Standards at CDAC Pune (2022). I have also completed a science communication course offered by Coventry University, UK and Stellenbosch University in 2017 and 2015.

Furthermore, I have broadened my skillset through diverse educational opportunities, including a 'Basic Astronomy Course' (2013) and specialized training in CSIR Technology Entrepreneurship (2004) and Patenting in India & Abroad (2005). This diverse range of experiences reflects my dedication to acquiring new skills and communicating science at best in my field.
