Our group organises and coordinates the process of hiring. As you know NCL is constantly looking for expertise in its broad areas of research in chemistry and its allied sciences. Research proposal: 

Please send a detailed statement indicating your research interests.  Your statement should clearly define the problems of your interest, why you believe that these problems are important, and the novelty of your approach.   Please also indicate what resources you anticipate will be needed to initiate your research programme.  Your statement should bring out both the short term goals and longer term ambitions for your research programme.  Please note that the research proposal is a key part of the application package.  Therefore, please ensure that your proposal clearly brings out the originality of your ideas.

Teaching plan:

        CSIR-NCL has a vibrant PhD programme, and we expect that scientists who join CSIR-NCL will contribute to training our students.  Please provide a teaching statement indicating your teaching experience (as an instructor, or teaching assistant). Please also indicate which courses you would like to offer, if you were offered a position at CSIR-NCL.
