• Establishment and management of Central Laboratory Animal House Facility of CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad.
• Establishment of pathology lab at Poultry Diagnostic and Research Centre, Hyderabad. 
• Selected as a “CPCSEA nominee” to promote human care and welfare of laboratory animals used in pharma and biomedical research field.
