Research Interest:

Our main research interest is Theoretical and Computational Biology; Biochemical Pathways, Ecology and Epidemiology with a special emphasis on deterministic and stochastic modeling that are useful in monitoring, forecasting and controlling such systems. We are also interested in the development of new mathematical / statistical techniques to compare theoretical outcomes with experimental data analysis.

  • Analysis of Small and Large Biochemical reaction pathways (e.g. Gene regulatory, Metabolic and Signalling networks)

  • Study of different cellular interactions in normal and disease scenario

  • Study of biological system from molecular to population level (across different levels/scales)
